How do I return products that I have recently bought from your website?

Our team at Style Outside the Box wants all of our shoppers to feel re-assured when shopping with us so instead of worrying about different return policies our site has one return policy to make shopping with us truly an enjoyable experience!

All of our designers, unless reasons stated below will give you 12 days to return or exchange your product or products. If you wish to return your item please contact our ordering team & they will be more then happy to help you! All returns or exchanges must be sent to its original designer. 1. Personalized items that are specially made, or ordered, with your choice of name, fabric, message or other customized aspect.

4. Personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, bath & body) in instances where the seal is broken.
