Every journey begins with a single step… but before you take that step, you usually have to pack. This is where Odyssa founder, Anh Stovall, found herself in the beginning of 2008 as she was preparing for a two-month adventure through Southeast Asia. But before she could take the first step of her journey- she had to pack her suitcase. To Anh’s dismay after scouring the local mall and spending hours on the Internet she couldn’t find travel packing bags and luggage solutions that fit her needs. She wanted to upgrade from the typical multi-purpose plastic bag to something a little more eco-friendly and with a little more feminine charm.  Anh’s journey proved to be a true odyssey of the mind, body and soul. Motivated by the passion to facilitate others on their journeys of the mind, body and soul, Anh came home and created modern designs for 18 luxury travel bags executed in high-quality, old-world charm & embroidery..and Odyssa was born.

How do I return products that I have recently bought from your website?

Our team at Style Outside the Box wants all of our shoppers to feel re-assured when shopping with us so instead of worrying about different return policies our site has one return policy to make shopping with us truly an enjoyable experience!

All of our designers, unless reasons stated below will give you 12 days to return or exchange your product or products. If you wish to return your item please contact our ordering team & they will be more then happy to help you! All returns or exchanges must be sent to its original designer. Please be aware we have some exclusions from our return policy and some items are non-returnable. 1. Personalized items that are specially made, or ordered, with your choice of name, fabric, message or other customized aspect.

2. Personal jewelry (especially earrings for hygienic reasons.)

4. Personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, bath & body) in instances where the seal is broken.
