  Hi! I’m Natalie.  I am the owner and founder of Natalie Therése, a company devoted to crafting hip hand-sewn handbags. My passion for sewing began at an early age. Over the years my skills developed as I learned how to make my own clothes and other accessories. It did not take long though to discover my biggest delight — designing and creating handbags. In 2005 I started Natalie Therése in order to provide a great accessory to people looking for that special finishing touch. Great fabrics and classic designs are what drive me. Each bag, tote, and clutch is individually sewn and reflects the joy I take in creating it.

How do I return products that I have recently bought from your website?

Our team at Style Outside the Box wants all of our shoppers to feel re-assured when shopping with us so instead of worrying about different return policies our site has one return policy to make shopping with us truly an enjoyable experience!

All of our designers, unless reasons stated below will give you 12 days to return or exchange your product or products. If you wish to return your item please contact our ordering team & they will be more then happy to help you! All returns or exchanges must be sent to its original designer. Please be aware we have some exclusions from our return policy and some items are non-returnable. 1. Personalized items that are specially made, or ordered, with your choice of name, fabric, message or other customized aspect.

2. Personal jewelry (especially earrings for hygienic reasons.)
