On a typical shopping trip to Costco, Sarah found a glass bead kit and thought it would be fun to make beaded jewelry for her two daughters. What became a fun idea turned into a passion. And with support from her friends and family, Sarah Elliott established Sarah Elliott Jewelry in February 2000. With a background in interior architecture, many of the design principles in her 14 years of practice have carried over into her jewelry as a form of art. Principles such as form follows function, as well as composing designs that balance shape, size and color. All of which are essential in creating Sarah Elliott Jewelry's unique designs. Additional attributes important to her designs include an attention to detail, and the quality of craftsmanship in each and every piece.
